Recent biodiversity surveys of bees, butterflies and moths of ridgetop barrens in Pennsylvania and their use for conservation biology

Xeric barrens, grasslands and woodlands in the northeast provide important habitat for native pollinators. The presentation will highlight several projects to document and monitor the moths & butterflies, bees, vegetation, and management of these unique habitats in Pennsylvania.
